This document maps ARC data practices to Apple App Store Connect privacy disclosure requirements (the "Privacy Nutrition Label"). It serves as a reference for App Store submissions and user transparency.

5. AI Disclosure

For App Store review notes and AI-related disclosures:

ARC uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to build a persistent, evolving understanding of authorised athlete context — including sports biomechanical analysis, movement pattern recognition, performance scoring, coaching insight generation, ARC Intelligence chat reasoning, and Digital Twin (in the ARC app for eligible athletes). Analysis and Twin synthesis may combine on-device processing (CoreML, Vision) with secure cloud-based AI services. Digital Twin is the evolving summary and visualisation of ARC Intelligence’s current understanding — not a biological or medical model, not a separate intelligence, and not offered as a website product surface. AI-generated insights are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or guaranteed coaching recommendations. Results may vary and are not a substitute for qualified professional coaching.

6. Account Deletion

For App Store Connect account deletion disclosure:

Deletion method: In-app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or via email to hello@arcintelligence.online. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions.

What is deleted: Account access is removed. Identifiable personal data (name, email, profile) is deactivated.

What may be retained: De-identified biomechanical data, aggregated analytics, contributor content (separately licensed), moderation records, financial records required by law, and data incorporated into trained AI/ML models.

Subscriptions: Users should cancel subscriptions through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions before deleting their account.

Suggested content for the "Notes" field in App Store Connect:

This app uses AI/ML for biomechanical video analysis of sports performance. Processing uses a combination of on-device CoreML/Vision frameworks and cloud-based AI services (for insight generation and content moderation). The app does not provide medical advice or diagnoses. Users must be 13+ to create an account. Tennis is the only sport with full analysis capabilities; other sports are available for profile/interest only. Account deletion is available in-app under Profile > Settings.

AI-derived understanding

Where used, ARC Intelligence may generate recommendations and summaries from authorised context. Digital Twin (app) is the evolving summary and visualisation of that understanding. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are not medical advice. Some processing uses third-party model providers.
