These rules govern how all users — athletes, coaches, contributors, moderators, and employers — interact with the ARC Intelligence platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Contributors submit coaching insights, skill area analyses, annotations, and feedback through the ARC Intelligence Incubator system. Contributors must:

All contributor content is subject to moderation. Moderators are experienced contributors promoted based on the quality and consistency of their contributions. Moderators are expected to review submissions objectively, provide clear feedback, flag violations, and maintain confidentiality of submissions under review.

ARC Intelligence reserves the right to override moderator decisions and to remove any content at any time for any reason.

All user-generated content on ARC Intelligence must be truthful, relevant to sports coaching or performance analysis, respectful of intellectual property rights, free of malware or harmful code, and compliant with applicable laws.
