ARC Intelligence – Platform Rules & Acceptable Use

These rules govern how all users — athletes, coaches, contributors, moderators, and employers — interact with the ARC Intelligence platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. General Conduct
All ARC Intelligence users are expected to:
- Use the platform respectfully and in good faith.
- Provide accurate information in profiles and submissions.
- Refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.
- Report violations to hello@arcintelligence.online.
2. Permitted Use
ARC Intelligence is designed for:
- Sports performance analysis and biomechanical video review.
- Structured coaching insight creation and consumption through the Incubator.
- Coach professional development and expertise demonstration.
- Job discovery.
- Educational sports content and performance improvement.
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Illegal Activity
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
- Engage in or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes.
- Upload, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of illegal content.
3.2 Harmful or Abusive Behavior
- Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users.
- Engage in discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
- Stalk or monitor other users without consent.
- Submit content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, or exploitative.
- Impersonate another person, organization, or entity.
3.3 Gambling & Match-Fixing
- Use ARC Intelligence analysis, insights, or data for sports betting, gambling, or wagering.
- Facilitate or participate in match-fixing, point-shaving, or competition manipulation.
- Distribute ARC Intelligence analysis results to betting platforms or gambling operations.
3.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble ARC Intelligence software, AI models, or algorithms.
- Extract, scrape, or systematically download ARC Intelligence data, analysis results, or platform content.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit ARC Intelligence analysis outputs without permission.
3.5 Platform Abuse
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent enforcement or abuse platform features.
- Manipulate leaderboards, rankings, or contributor metrics through fraudulent means.
- Submit fake, plagiarized, or AI-generated content as original coaching insights without disclosure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to ARC Intelligence.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data belonging to ARC Intelligence or other users.
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to interact with ARC Intelligence without authorization.
3.6 Dangerous Content
- Submit coaching insights that are medically dangerous, reckless, or likely to cause injury.
- Provide content that constitutes medical advice, injury diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Encourage dangerous training practices without appropriate safety warnings.
3.7 Privacy Violations
- Share personally identifiable information about other users without their consent.
- Upload videos or images of individuals without their knowledge or consent, where required by law.
- Use ARC Intelligence to collect information about other users for unauthorized purposes.
4. Contributor Standards
Contributors submit coaching insights, skill area analyses, annotations, and feedback through the ARC Intelligence Incubator system. Contributors must:
- Submit original content. Plagiarized, copied, or AI-generated-without-disclosure content is not permitted.
- Stay within their expertise. Submit insights only for sports and skill areas where they have genuine knowledge and experience.
- Be accurate and responsible. Coaching insights may be used by athletes for training decisions. Do not submit misleading, dangerous, or medically irresponsible advice.
- Respect the moderation process. Content may be approved, returned for revision, or rejected. Moderator feedback should be received constructively.
- Not game the system. Attempts to artificially inflate leaderboard rankings, submit low-quality content at volume, or exploit the contribution system are grounds for removal.
5. Moderation
All contributor content is subject to moderation. Moderators are experienced contributors promoted based on the quality and consistency of their contributions. Moderators are expected to review submissions objectively, provide clear feedback, flag violations, and maintain confidentiality of submissions under review.
ARC Intelligence reserves the right to override moderator decisions and to remove any content at any time for any reason.
6. Athlete Conduct
- Upload only content (videos, images) that you have the right to share.
- Do not share or redistribute analysis results, AI insights, or contributor feedback outside the platform without permission.
- Use performance analysis and coaching insights responsibly, understanding they are for informational and educational purposes only.
- Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute contributor-generated insights for commercial purposes.
7. Employer Conduct
- Post legitimate job opportunities and organizational roles only.
- Provide accurate information about positions, compensation, and requirements.
- Treat all applicants with respect and fairness.
- Do not misuse application data or contributor profiles for purposes unrelated to hiring.
8. Content Standards
All user-generated content on ARC Intelligence must be truthful, relevant to sports coaching or performance analysis, respectful of intellectual property rights, free of malware or harmful code, and compliant with applicable laws.
9. Enforcement
ARC Intelligence reserves the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these rules.
- Issue warnings.
- Suspend contribution privileges or revoke moderator status.
- Temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate accounts.
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
- Cooperate with legal authorities and court orders.
Enforcement decisions are made at ARC Intelligence's sole discretion. Users may appeal by contacting hello@arcintelligence.online.
10. Reporting Violations
Report violations to hello@arcintelligence.online with subject line "Violation Report." Include as much detail as possible.
11. Changes
ARC Intelligence may update these rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
