ARC Intelligence – Refund & Payment Terms

1. Overview

These Refund and Payment Terms govern all subscription and payment transactions associated with ARC Intelligence. By purchasing a subscription or making any payment through ARC Intelligence, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. Payment Processors

ARC Intelligence does not directly process, store, or handle credit card numbers or payment credentials. All payment processing is managed by third-party payment platforms:

• Apple App Store (StoreKit 2): In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the ARC Intelligence iOS application are processed entirely by Apple. These transactions are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
• Stripe: Web-based subscriptions made through the ARC Intelligence website are processed by Stripe. These transactions are governed by Stripe's terms and policies.

ARC Intelligence receives confirmation of payment status and subscription entitlements from these providers but does not have access to your raw payment card details.

3. Subscription Plans

ARC Intelligence offers subscription-based access to premium features, including video analysis, AI-generated performance insights, and related tools. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Premium analysis features are currently available for Tennis only. Other sports are available for profile, interest, and early-access registration purposes. You should not purchase a subscription for a sport that does not yet have analysis capabilities enabled.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you originally subscribed:

• iOS subscribers: Manage or cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your Apple device, or through the App Store.
• Web subscribers: Manage or cancel through your ARC Intelligence account settings or by contacting hello@arcintelligence.online.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-period refunds are issued for early cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the payment platform used:

• Apple App Store purchases: Refund requests for iOS in-app purchases must be submitted directly to Apple. ARC Intelligence does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Stripe (web) purchases: If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a web subscription, contact us at hello@arcintelligence.online within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. ARC Intelligence reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet reasonable grounds.

ARC Intelligence does not guarantee refunds in all circumstances. Technical issues that prevent access to services should be reported promptly so we can attempt resolution before a refund is considered.

6. Free Features and Trials

Certain ARC Intelligence features are available without a subscription, including account creation, sport selection, profile setup, job browsing (for coaches), and Incubator contribution (for approved contributors). Free features do not involve payment and are not subject to refund terms.

If ARC Intelligence offers a free trial period, the trial will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Trial terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of enrollment.

7. Referral Revenue

ARC Intelligence may offer a referral program where eligible contributors and coaches can earn a share of subscription revenue from users they refer. The referral program is Stripe-integrated. Contributors may receive a 5% revenue share from referred users who subscribe using their referral code. Referral payouts are not yet fully live and program details, including payout mechanics and eligibility criteria, are subject to change.

Referral payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, verification requirements, and applicable tax obligations. ARC Intelligence reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Referral earnings do not constitute employment income and are the responsibility of the recipient for tax reporting purposes.

8. Taxes

Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other transaction taxes may be added by the payment processor based on your location and applicable law. ARC Intelligence is not responsible for determining or collecting taxes on your behalf beyond what is required by the payment platforms.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting ARC Intelligence, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact hello@arcintelligence.online before initiating a dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

10. Price Changes

ARC Intelligence reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect. Price changes will not apply retroactively to the current billing period.
