What is ARC Intelligence?

ARC Intelligence is the reasoning system: AI that develops with the athlete across goals, conversations, training, competition and evidence. Digital Twin is the evolving summary and visualisation of that understanding in the ARC app for eligible athletes — not a separate intelligence. Video analysis and MovementNet are sources of evidence — not ARC’s entire identity. Twin and full ARC Intelligence chat are not full website product surfaces.

What types of accounts does ARC Intelligence offer?

ARC Intelligence supports Athlete, Coach / Verified Coach, Employer, and Organisation account types in the product. Website sign-up currently focuses on Athlete, Coach, and Employer. Organisation accounts are primarily created and managed in the ARC iOS app, with invite handoff supported on the website. Account type is selected during signup or invitation acceptance.

How old do I need to be?

You must be at least 13 years old to create an ARC Intelligence account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Coaches, contributors, and employers must be at least 18. See our Privacy Policy (Appendix D) for details.

How do I delete my account?

In the ARC iOS app: Profile > Settings > Delete Account. You can also email hello@arcintelligence.online with subject “Account Deletion Request.” Deleting your account removes or deactivates identifiable personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription — manage that in Apple ID > Subscriptions. Certain de-identified, aggregated, or system-integrity data may be retained.

Data & Privacy

Is my video processed on my device or in the cloud?

ARC Intelligence uses a combination of on-device and secure cloud-based processing depending on the feature. Some analysis uses on-device processing via Apple frameworks. Certain features may involve uploading content to secure cloud infrastructure. See our AI, Biomechanics & Coaching Disclaimer and Data & AI Policy.

Does ARC Intelligence use AI?

Yes. ARC Intelligence uses AI and machine learning for biomechanical video analysis, movement pattern recognition, performance scoring, coaching insight generation, ARC Intelligence chat reasoning, Digital Twin, and content moderation. Third-party AI/ML providers may be used alongside proprietary MovementNet technology. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are not medical, legal, or emergency advice. We do not claim that all AI processing is self-hosted.

What is Digital Twin?

Digital Twin is the evolving summary and visualisation of ARC Intelligence’s current understanding of the athlete, built from authorised evidence, conversations, goals and development over time (in the ARC app for eligible athletes). It is not a biological simulation, not a medical model, and not an independent intelligence separate from ARC Intelligence. It may include inferred statements. Corrections and source deletion can change what is shown as new evidence is added. Digital Twin is not available as a full website product surface.

Who uses organisation-wide ARC Intelligence?

Organisation-wide ARC Intelligence is for the Organisation Owner (or other expressly granted contexts). Coaches and authorised organisation users contribute expertise, observations and Discussion. Athlete ARC Intelligence remains permissioned and private. The Digital Twin belongs to the athlete and is not organisation-wide. Holding an admin or coach role does not by itself grant organisation-wide ARC Intelligence.

Does ARC Intelligence sell my data?

No. ARC Intelligence does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers, payment processors, and AI/ML service providers as necessary to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

Account access is removed and identifiable personal data is deactivated. Anonymized biomechanical data, movement-derived metrics, aggregated analytics, contributor content (which is separately licensed), and system-integrity records may be retained. Chat, Digital Twin, and related retrieval records tied to your identity are removed or deactivated from active systems subject to backup and research retention rules. See our Privacy Policy.

Payments & Subscriptions

How does billing work?

Premium subscriptions can be purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web, where enabled). ARC Intelligence does not directly process or store payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled through the respective platform. Published prices and Insight allowances shown in-product reflect the live entitlement configuration — the website does not invent unpublished App Store numbers. See our Refund & Payment Terms.

Can I get a refund?

iOS App Store purchases must be refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web (Stripe) purchases may be eligible for refund within 14 days — contact hello@arcintelligence.online. See our Refund & Payment Terms for full details.

Which sports have premium analysis?

Tennis is currently the only sport with full video analysis and AI-powered insights. Other sports are available for profile, interest, and early-access registration. You should not purchase a premium subscription for a sport that does not yet have analysis capabilities.

Contributors & Coaching

What is the Incubator?

The ARC Incubator is where approved coaches and contributors submit structured coaching insights, skill area analyses, and annotations. These contributions are moderated for quality and accuracy. The Incubator helps coaches demonstrate expertise and build their professional profiles.

Do contributors get paid?

Insight submissions themselves do not involve direct payment. However, contributors may earn referral revenue through the ARC Intelligence referral program: a 5% revenue share from users who subscribe using their referral code. See our Contributor Licensing Agreement for details.

What happens to my contributions if I leave ARC Intelligence?

Contributors retain ownership of their original content, but grant ARC Intelligence a perpetual, irrevocable license to continue using, storing, and incorporating contributor content into its systems. This license survives account deletion. See our Contributor Licensing Agreement for complete terms.

Jobs & Employers

How does the job system work?

Employers can post Jobs. Coaches can browse Jobs on the web and in the app. Job applications unlock after you are a verified coach and have at least one approved coaching insight from the Incubator. Verified Coaches receive priority visibility with employers when they apply; other applications become visible after a short review period.

Is ARC Intelligence an employment agency?

No. ARC Intelligence provides infrastructure for job discovery. ARC Intelligence is not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. All hiring decisions are made by the employers who post jobs.

Safety & Medical

Is ARC Intelligence medical software?

No. ARC Intelligence is coaching, performance, and educational software. It is not medical software, a diagnostic tool, or a healthcare provider. AI analysis should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional coaching, medical advice, or physical therapy. Users are responsible for their own training decisions and physical safety. For emergencies, contact local emergency services — ARC is not an emergency service.
