For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion), GDPR/CCPA inquiries, legal notices, or compliance questions:

Please include "Privacy Request," "Legal," or "GDPR" in the subject line so we can route your inquiry appropriately.

Account Deletion

Account deletion can be requested through the app settings or by emailing hello@arcintelligence.online with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your ARC Intelligence account.

Billing & Refunds

For billing questions or refund requests related to web (Stripe) subscriptions, email hello@arcintelligence.online.

For iOS App Store subscription or refund issues, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Safety & Content Reports

To report inappropriate content, safety concerns, or community rule violations, email hello@arcintelligence.online with the subject line "Safety Report." Include details about the content or behavior in question.
